DocupletionForms reads your fill-in-the-blank documents, builds the intake that collects what they need, and applies your rules to decide which documents apply. Form data syncs into Salesforce, and the completed PDF packet is generated and delivered back onto the record — your system of record throughout.
What it does
Connect your forms to Salesforce, create or update leads and contacts from each submission, and turn that same submission into a complete, merged document set delivered back onto the matching record — mapped once, then repeatable on every run.
Document selection and merge run on fixed rules, not AI. The same submission always produces the same documents — the basis for set-it-and-forget-it reliability.
Requires: the Salesforce REST API enabled on an edition that supports API access. Standard objects connect natively; custom objects and other Salesforce data flow in through Zapier.
