This affiliate disclaimer explains the financial relationships behind links and recommendations connected to DocupletionForms. We believe in being transparent about how we operate and how the people who refer business to us are compensated. This disclosure is provided in the spirit of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines on endorsements and affiliate relationships.
We operate an affiliate program
DocupletionForms runs an affiliate program that allows partners, publishers, agencies, and integrators to earn a commission by referring new customers to our platform. The program is managed through affiliate-tracking software, and you can review the full program terms or apply on our affiliate program page.
How affiliate referrals work
When you click an affiliate link to DocupletionForms, our tracking system records the referral so the partner who sent you can receive proper credit:
- The visit is logged and a tracking cookie is placed in your browser so the referral can be attributed.
- If you go on to purchase a DocupletionForms plan, the order is registered as a referred sale for that affiliate.
- A purchase does not need to happen in the same browsing session — referrals are credited when a customer returns and buys within the 60-day cookie attribution window.
- Each sale is reviewed and approved before any commission is paid out.
How commissions are structured
Commission is recurring — paid for as long as each referred customer keeps an active subscription. Rates depend on the affiliate's role:
- Referral affiliates earn 15% recurring. This is the starting rate for every approved affiliate.
- Verified integrators earn up to 30% recurring. Affiliates begin at 15%; the additional 15% is released once integrator status is verified. DocupletionForms applies professional discretion in determining integrator status, based on evidence that the affiliate configures and integrates workflows for the clients they refer.
- Master affiliates are eligible for custom arrangements, available by application.

What this means for you
Affiliate commissions are paid by DocupletionForms out of our own revenue. Using an affiliate link never increases the price you pay and does not change the product, plan, or support you receive. Whether you arrive through an affiliate link or directly, you pay the same published price.
Compensated recommendations
Because we operate an affiliate program, some reviews, articles, social posts, videos, or other content that recommends DocupletionForms may have been published by an affiliate who could earn a commission if you sign up. A financial relationship like this does not guarantee a positive opinion, and affiliates are independent third parties whose statements are their own. We encourage you to evaluate DocupletionForms on its own merits before purchasing.
Our commitment to honesty
The existence of an affiliate program does not influence the accuracy of the information we publish about our own product. We aim to describe what DocupletionForms does today plainly and to distinguish current features from items on our roadmap.
