Hi James,

Thanks for reaching out. Before we get started, I’d like to mention that as infrastructure providers, internal configurations are out of the scope of our support. That being said, we’d be happy to guide you into the right direction.

Do I have an SSL and is it self-signed or commercially-signed? Can you help me install a commercially-signed SSL and make sure that there are no other conflicting SSL’s?

Since we are unable to access your internal configurations and your Linode isn’t hosting the web server itself (currently), we wouldn’t be able to tell you if you have an SSL installed. While we can’t install a commercially-signed SSL on your behalf, what we can do is provide you with resources that may help you along the way:
