Our Connected Crime Victims Advocacy Project
MISSION STATEMENT
Fighting for Sex-Trafficking Victims by Coordinating Volunteers to do Paralegal Work and OSINT. Providing Corporate Support to Advocate for Conservative Biblical Counseling for Victims and At-Risk People.
PURPOSE AND STRUCTURE
We will be doing paralegal work to assist attorneys and OSINT to assist Private Investigators. We want to funnel victims over into Conservative Christian Biblical Counseling so that they can start with people who have a traditional worldview who can then from there refer them on to more psychology resources
because we feel that the whole world has phase shifted in too liberal of a way and that people culturally have become more vulnerable because of things they lack in their worldviews.
Praxis Professional is the DBA of Apex Law Service and Praxis Professional Foundation Incorporated is a separate Non-Profit working towards tax exempt status. The foundation has a statement of faith that volunteers must sign, but the DBA does not, it is just that we are working as a paralegal contractor business to provide corporate support for a very conservative non-profit and as such, we hope to keep our work traditional and are not open to woke things. We will however simply be doing the paralegal tasks that the attorneys who take pro-bono clients ask us to do, and zealous advocacy has its logical requirements.
COMMUNICATION CHANNELS
We have different resources available to provision for people so that they can communicate with people using our business name.
• Rackspace Secure Email: @praxisprofessional.com is our standard email we can set up for volunteers. It is secure but is not HIPAA compliant because Rackspace is not able to issue a BAA to us. They have HIPAA compliant architecture, but our business purpose as of this writing still has not been categorized the way it needs to be for them to issue a BAA. These emails cost us $3-4/month and they are very simple to setup. These are used for non-confidential and non-sensitive business work and not for case work on cases we are working on for attorneys who have taken pro-bono clients.
• Microsoft Office 365 Accounts: @ApexLawService.com is our HIPAA compliant email option. We are Apex Law Service DBA Praxis Professional and as such for our work that requires confidentiality and deals with sensitive case data we will be using @ApexLawService.com email addresses for case work itself. These email addresses come with an Office Suite of tools, and they cost around $20/month for us to provision to people doing work for the organization that requires a higher level of data security.
• DISCORD: We have this little Discord with a whole bunch of different categories we can put people into so that they have the groups that make sense for what they do for work and/or in business and make sense for what they want to do as a volunteer. The Discord can be accessed directly from our website, and it automatically lets people into the first new member category where we then take the time to figure out which categories to put a volunteer into.
• We have a LinkedIn and a Facebook Page, both called Praxis Professional. They are standard pages and serve as recruiting tools and communication channels.
ACTIVITIES
• Paralegal: You can become homegrown little by little if you do not have training under your belt and if you do have training, you can supervise and help train by delegating small tasks to other people who have admin/clerical aptitudes and interests. Our main purpose is to stay organized so that we can do all types of tasks that pro-bono attorneys need done for cases they take, which in turn will help them to be able to take the cases they take.
• OSINT (Open-Source Intelligence): We have our Discord setup so that people with different OSINT skills can work with people to show them ways of searching for data that can be used to help both Private Investigators and Attorneys who are working to rescue different victims and to build different cases for the benefit of the rescued victims.
• Networking: You can network and tell people you know about us. There are so many different careers out there where people have developed a whole set of transferable skills that make them valuable to a mission like ours. Tell anybody you think is open to working with a conservative group that wants to help kids.
• Discord Moderating: If you happen to have been a gamer over the last number of years, it is possible that you might want to volunteer as a Discord Moderator. Our Discord is going to be full of relatively motivated professional people and as such we are not expecting there to be many behavior issues, what we will need is people who can help categorize and adjust people’s categories and settings in their profiles etc. It is okay for people to just only listen into our Discord and not do a whole lot, because not everybody has all the time in the world. Our Discord is going to be for basic neutral training and conversation and not for working on specific files. Discord Moderators will need to help members set up email addresses once they start working on a project.
• Attorneys, Private Investigators and Law Enforcement: As professionals you are in categories where you have a high standard of confidentiality and professionalism, and we do not need to make you aware of that nor instruct you on how to interact. If you want to be a part of our Discord, we have made categories for you. You may become too swamped with people just wanting to ask you questions and so we are here for you, but you might want to work with people once we vet them more thoroughly and they have organizational email so you can work with them that way.
• Biblical Counselors, Pastors, Teachers, Youth Ministers: We have categories for you and you are welcome to become homegrown paralegal people and to learn OSINT with the rest of everybody, but you guys are really important to us as just who you are already as professionals and so please bring us things we can do for you and we are hoping to help kids you send our way and also to send kids to you.
• Board of Directors and Donor Relations: As we progress in our volunteer activities and have some different results to demonstrate, we want to recruit and develop a Board of Directors for the non-profit and develop a donor base. We currently can intake small business grants via the PraxisProfessional.com website as simple monthly website members with options of $6-$96 monthly memberships. The memberships help us to pay for things like emails to keep the doors open. This is a fledgling project, and we are hoping to build it into something with a long-lasting trajectory over the next few years.
• Other NGO Groups: We will do paralegal work for the attorneys of other NGO groups that also help kids in a similar conservative direction. No problem whatsoever. Connect with us.
• Budget Hotel Red Flag Automatic Monitoring and Reporting Project: It is a known fact that much of the universe of sex-trafficking occurs in budget hotels. There are a set of red flags that are noticeable and should be reported by hotel staff and hotel security if they are noticed, but they are not always noticed. We want to be a part of ending sex-trafficking within our lifetimes, and as such, we are committed to working with budget hotel owners who want to setup different tracking systems connected to their cash registers, cameras and different systems that can be monitored and can be reported to either Law Enforcement or other NGO groups who monitor online sex-trafficking for sale advertising (which is a whole thing in and of itself, there is not so much a corner pimp type of economy overall as much as an online set of almost brother advertising venues).
• Administrative, Clerical and Marketing: We need internal organizational volunteers to simply help us with the day-in and day-out activities of running a small startup not-for-profit set of business activities. We want to end up paying people, but for the time being as a startup, we are working with volunteers.
Those are the main Issues and Organizational Points and Activities as they stand today 1-21-25.
